The Business Coaching Programme for those at the Top

Business Coaching 2 – Leadership Coaching

If you are running a business or organisation of any size, our Leadership Coaching programme challenges and encourages excellence of knowledge, expertise and professionalism to develop you as an effective, inspirational and individual leader. It is designed for current, or aspiring, leaders who recognise that personal and business success comes from fully developing and enhancing their own leadership qualities.

You will know that the most important and influential person in any business is YOU - the leader. It follows therefore, that the most effective way to improve the value of the business is for you to invest time and energy in your own professional development to become a visionary and inspiring leader.

There are many aspects to becoming a top quality leader, but our first step would be a review of your current position and a genuine appraisal of your strengths and preferences. After all, the value of the business will largely be a reflection of the decisions that you make, so recognising how you make decisions and what your own personal priorities are, will deepen your understanding and enable you to make even better decisions and so increase the value of the business in both the short and longer-term.

To maximise your effectiveness as a leader, we will coach you through the ‘Five Levels of Leadership’ which will enable you to progress and increase the extent of your influence and the qualities that you can inspire in others.

The Leadership Coaching programme covers:

  • Culture management
  • Key principles of Influence and Persuasion
  • Setting and managing major objectives
  • Innovation and improvement management
  • Change management
  • Problem solving
  • Designing the customer focus
  • Building super-teams
  • Recognition and motivation
  • Communication management
  • Conflict management
  • Political and Diplomatic skills
  • Successful Negotiation
  • Efficient use of Time
  • Productive meeting management

"The ability to take regular time out from the business in order to question our current methodologies and systems, even just discuss ideas new ideas, has enabled us to make important changes to the way that we run (and think about!) our business"
